Final ExamTo pass the final exam, you must answer all five questions correctly. You may take the final exam as many times as necessary to pass.

AttendanceStudents are expected to attend all classroom and on-road training sessions. Students may miss up to one session per course for any reason. Any missed sessions must be made up at another time in order to achieve the required hours of instruction for graduation. Any student with two or more absences will automatically be considered as a course withdrawal and subject to our cancellation policy.

Credit TransfersZeta Driving School does not recognize credits from any non-affiliated Zeta driving school.

Sexual MisconductSexual misconduct - including harassment, domestic and dating violence, sexual assault, exploitation, and stalking - is prohibited, and Zeta Driving School encourages anyone experiencing sexual misconduct to notify school faculty immediately to ensure proper follow up. CancellationsStudents may drop any course up to 3 days after it begins to receive a 100% tuition refund, less any nonrefundable enrollment costs. Students who have completed less than 25% of a course are eligible for a prorated tuition refund. Students withdrawing after completing more than 25% of a course are not eligible for a tuition refund.

Grade AppealFaculty have the right and responsibility to assign grades based fair evaluations of student performance. A student may appeal a course grade under one or more of the following conditions: (i) An error was made in the numerical calculation of the final course grade, (ii) the student believes the final grade is not indicative of his/her performance, (iii) the instructor departed substantially from the grading rationale published in the original course syllabus/course requirements. Appeals can be submitted by email to team@drivezeta.com

PaymentTuition payments can be made by major credit card, ACH, wire transfer, or personal check. Students receiving tuition assistance by third party student loan, scholarship, or workforce development grants must confirm funding prior to enrollment. Third parties must make payment directly to the Zeta Driving School. Tuition payment plans must be fully paid prior to graduation. Any late payment fees will accrue a 5% per month late charge. Late payment fees will not apply to third party tuition assistance programs.

Standards of ConductStudents are expected to respect both other students and instructors. A student will be asked to leave the class if there is verbal or physical abuse to any student or employee of the Zeta Driving School. Additional grounds for student dismissal include operating a school vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, bringing any weapons onto the premises, or engaging in any activity which could harm fellow students or instructors. Students dismissed for violating the Standards of Conduct Policy will not be considered for reinstatement.

Should I take the Forklift Certification or Recertification Course?The Forklift Operator Certification course is meant for those who have never received a certification before. The Forklift Operator Recertification is meant for those who have expired certifications or those who have been instructed to retake the course. Should I take the certification now if I'm looking for a Forklift Operator job?Yes – that way you can say you’ve received your certification already. When you do land that new job, they will evaluate you operating a forklift and then sign the back of your certification.

Is this training in English and Spanish?Yes! All of our training is provided to you in both English and Spanish. When you sign up for the certification or recertification, you will automatically be enrolled in both the English and Spanish versions of the course. Your progress will automatically be updated in both as you move through either course.

What if my current certification has expired or is about to pass the expiration date?If your certification has expired or is about to pass the expiration date, you will be required to complete a renewal course. To renew your expired forklift certification card for another 3 years, select the recertification course. Once you complete the course, your new card can be downloaded and printed immediately with your new expiration date.

Is hands on training required?After you complete our online course, your employer will provide hands-on training to you on the equipment you will be operating. This is the case whether you are certifying for the first time or are renewing your certification.
